We believe in clear costs and expectations. We offer a clear flat rate price competitive with insurance co-pays and high deductible health care plans. Our mission is to offer an empowering PT approach at a clear affordable price.
At VITALEE PT you will always be one-on-one with your PT. You will receive hands on care and a virtual home program tailored specifically for you. This approach helps decrease visit frequency while also empowering you to get better and stay better.

Pricing
Outside of Medicare Part B we utilize private pay with a flat rate cost of $90 per visit. This price is competitive with most insurance co-pays and ideal for individuals with a high deductible insurance plan. This up-front price sets clear expectations for cost with no surprise bills or insurance claim denials. With this cost our incentive is to get you better in as few visits as possible to save you time and money.

The average plan of care for traditional PT ranges from 7-12 visits and averages a cost of about $495 even when using commercial insurance.
At VITALEE PT our average plan of care is currently 3 visits.

Lee Pattillo PT, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Lee is a Western North Carolina local. Originally from Bryson City, North Carolina, he shares a deep passion for the community in the mountains of WNC. He received his Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, followed by a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, from Western Carolina University (WCU). Lee has always valued the power that life can provide when it is lived in motion. He has years of experience as a collegiate athlete at NC State and WCU, in addition to being a CrossFit coach in the local community. Lee feels passionately that no matter where you are in life's journey, he will meet you there, and empower you to feel confident in all that your body can do through sound movement.
